Jesus christ a 160 lbs at 6ft are you sick what is wrong with you, get off the diet now and eat some carbs put on some weight and try to at least look like a normal person instead of an aids patient you anorexic fuck.
I dropped down to 1000 calories for about a week to tighten up - I eat a little higher most of the time but still only one meal with no snacks in between
frankly I find it hard to justify eating if I haven't done PT - I might eat two meals a day if I train twice (when clean)
this thread is mainly to challenge a lot of accepted "truths" in bodybuilding
my experience (thanks to the guidance of no one and galeniko) proves the merit of long term low doses, the waste of time and money of PCT; it shows that you don't need high calories to build lean tissue, that eating one meal a day and fasting won't burn through your muscle even when clean (when I'm "on" I'll sometimes train 3 times in a day before eating my one meal)
it also shows that the scale is meaningless
galeniko (PIP) changed how I eat, no one changed how I train - these guys are legit and their methods work
