I'm going against the getbig grain here, but statistically I like 7 getbiggers and hate the rest

, so no big loss here, having re-assessed my stance, IMO Phil is a great Mr O and would love to see him win again.......my reasons:

1-He never raped a grape-fruit
2-Best arms and delts thickness we've seen on stage in a long time
3-On stage he is separated, hardest and far more proportionate than any other IFBB competitors right now, no one can argue that.
4-Smallest waist out of all recent Mr Os: Dorian, Ronnie, ~~Dexter~~, Jay.
5-No children, Ron with his 8 (+1 on the way) from different "womenz" is not doing Hebrew men's reputation any favours.
6-He doesn't partake in Gay insinuated photo shoots....I am yet to see him dress like a semi naked fireman, or suspenders and cut up jeans with leather boots. Nick Toscani should take a leaf of his book.
7-No suspicious oil in any body part.
8-Married to a middle class white woman, which decreases the likelyhood of his offspring robbing you or kicking your son's ass in school whilst calling him " ginger cracka"

Best physique nowadays for sure. Got too big in my opinion for his frame.

Good point, but I think if he hadn't...he would just be another Troy Alves or something like that, someone admired for aesthetics and shape but never rewarded in comps. He managed to get very big whislt keeping his waist quite small (relatively).

I do not like Phil too arrogant.
But he's doing well for himself feeding his family

I think Coleman is actually closer in the pic, but overall, no one has come close to Ron's 2003 stage mass and shape.

Excellent post, I don't understand all the Phil "HATE" on GB myself.....I actually saw him on Saturday night as the guest poser at the show in NY, he's a complete FREAK in person, yes he may not have the widest shoulders( but there plenty wide) , but I have never seen a BB that thick width wise from front to back, small waist and in great shape 10 weeks out. Major chest improvements this offseason.

He also got up at the podium and addressed the crowd, he is a good public speaker and is good for BB, he doesn't sound like a stereotypical meathead when he speaks.

And Nick Trigili was the overall winner in this show, that kid is a total freak too.....he was 255 on stage.

Articulate guy, reminds me os Shawn Ray personality wise.

Phil is a bit on the flaky side, but he has dabbled on the side. it just takes the wrong c u n t to give his wife a call and tiger woods shit will break out.

I think his biggest problem right now is simply being number 1, shit flinging comes with the sandow package and the majority always wants to see the top dog fail and loves the underdog who is poised to do so.

The only underdogs I really like now are Big Ramy and Wolf.

Big Ramy is yet to get really cut....same problem as Mustafa Mohammad, great to be admired physique but just about top 5 Mr O if lucky.

Wolf is awesome BUT I can't get past his calf...makes it worse that one is a lot smaller then the other, totally deflated. Needs to find a way to fix it.
