Can anyone tell me, does stress hurt gains really bad? Also, whats a good way to relax more? Lately I have been really stressed about things that shouldnt even matter. Kinda affecting my training a little I think.

Yes it can affect your training. If you're really stressed it can hinder your ability to focus while your training, it can affect your sleep, and for some it can produce bad nutritional habits.
Whatever is stressing you, if possible, cut it out of your life immediately. If that is not a possibility then just do the best you can with it, and try to understand and come to grips with the fact that while some things do need your up most attention, stressing over them is in no means something that will help you or those around you.
The stress free lifestyle, it's the only way to live.
