After the accusations I remember he was asking the IFBB to run tests to find illegal goo in his arms and nothing ever came of it

i remember ernie being the first pro i noticed to have a really funky bodypart with his tri's, but synthol wasn't well known then so Just thought he had freaky triceps. Now it's obvious what he was doing, these fellas only cheat themselves., how can you feel proud of that...

Look at his triceps when he poses them, no horseshoe, just a lump. Sad, he actually had a great physique, but he will always be known for his terribly fake triceps.

I was actually stupid enough to just think that his triceps were a standout bodypart similar to Platz quads.

These days we know it`s all a sham.  :(

Me too.  I worked my triceps like crazy thinking they could be that big, drinking my Weider 60000 shakes.  What a dumb fuck and waste of time.

Bro, we all have this story. For me, it was Arnie's ridiculous bicep peaks. Help me, Joe Weider!

I remember when they were promoting this guy BIG TIME in the late 90's in Flex and M&F as having the BEST and most freakiest triceps of all time! Wow, people back then actually believed that shit.

I fell for it too in the late 90's (right around the time that Dorian officially retired) and they were doing the tale of the tape for the new guy to overtake his thrown (just when Ronnie was about to explode).
