How about lifting hard and eating well first?
I lift hard, and I eat good for a poor individual. I'm all about compound movements.
If I had enough money I would try to eat 1kg of red meat every day for protein source, ofcourse I would eat the greens with it. Add desserts and junk there too and I would be set.
Today I've eaten 800g of ground beef with two whole onions, 3 tomatoes and a half bowl of laetus, bowl of oatmeal mixed with honey, 5 bananas... and soon I'm going to eat an omlet made from 10 eggs and 3 bananas and eat it with 0.2 US gallons of ice cream...
But still, my progress is slow. It's yearly progress if I keep this with intense training. So a little cycle would give me monthly progress if I'm lucky.
