Dexter has been in The Olympia since 1999. He's never been out of the top 10. And only out of the top 5 once since 2002. And of course he won in 08. You should not watch. He will be top 5 for sure.

My mothers cousin should've been dead by 45. 55 currently and keeps comming back from a death bed only to get fatter than before and abuse alcohol till his liver starts failing, than to the hospital, gets better, starts drinking again, rinse repeat, for the past 7 years or so. Human body is an incredibly resilient machine.

He has steadily improved for decades - hard to believe but he was almost a small as you when he first competed. He is a good guy and would even encourage a douche like you. Uses FAR less than most think. Superior genetics.

I disagree, most of the guys you mentioned have brought subtle changes, look in some way different. Dexter has been identical for a decade.
