Tikka Masala.

Something that I would not mind as my final meal.

Tikka Masala.

Something that I would not mind as my final meal.

pigeon/ rat meat, a few slices of onion, monosodium glutamate, some cheap spices etc.

sounds like you are a regular epicure.

My favourite tea as a kid was chips beans and fried eggs with 4 slices of thick bread and butter.

Yes, good one.

Usually we get a loaf of fresh tiger bread for this meal, and I make myself an impromtu ham, egg, chip and HP sandwich  ;D

Our neighbours gave us a bag full of rhubarb a couple of days back, as they grew too much. Last night my wife made a rhubard crumble and from a few observations it was something like this:

1. Rhubarb & blueberries sauteed in butter and caster sugar in a small frying pan
2. Topping made from crumbling flour, sugar, butter together and then she added some almond granola cereal and broke up some walnuts by hand (not shells lol)

Once the top was browned in the oven I had this with a drizzle of double cream and it was fucking amazing.

The granola and walnuts made the crumble topping a lot more interesting

Mmmmm Curry.

My Nan (from my English side) used to make an egg curry for us sometimes that was bloody gorgeous.

Apart from the premixed curry powder she fried the onion in, the only other seasoning was a beef oxo cube. It maybe shouldnt have worked as well as it did, but was a lovely dish, the oxo thickened the broth up just enough.

She boiled and peeled the eggs first and once the curry sauce was finished just popped them in and let them simmer for another 20-30 mins before serving over rice.

Not the ones I've had. All bland and disappointing. Last time was at Rasa Maricham because I was staying at the Kings Cross Holiday Inn (yes, high roller). Not a white man in sight, yet curry that couldn't warm the heart of a starving eskimo.

I always order either a vindaloo (if they are using scotch bonnet/habenero peppers, better taste by far) or a pathia and ask for extra chilli.

I get lime pickle on the side and it really compliments whatever rice/curry I get. Far from bland definitely.

Onion is the only thing on your "list" that is in there.

Clearly you know nothing.
