Thanks i am trying this is probaly the tuffest time i have had with the elbow injury.I was 205 last Sunday got depressed an ate by Sunday night i was 217 but hopefully i will get it together in time.You wuld think doing it this long it would get easier well it dosen't.So thanks for the support and i will see what i can do ,it will not be from lack of trying.

Well here is how it went Sunday morning 204.5 cheat day started at IHOP and ended in the mall food court or was it the chinese.By bed 218.5 on sunday nightMonday morning 212.5 back on diet strict doing cardio boiled chiken and all that crap Tuesday 219 mmmmm Well the Show will be interesting now wont it Ahhh **** it just another show nothin like pressure thats what i say.Maybe i should go eat something and think about this .....

Ok HERE GOES .I will post it here cause i like you all.Thanks for your support but i am hanging up the trunks i have nothing left to prove or gain.I hate dieitng it makes me miserable and life is to short for that(yeah and so am i ) beat you to it .So i will be around doing something eating most likely might do those eating contest.Shit they get on ESPN all the time even he ****in spelling bee gets on tv.
