well you've taken on a hard assignment. disproving the report. It's gonna take a bit more effort than what you've produced so far but good luck with it.

I think I may turn my attention to the civil case against the officer.  Lots of juicy material there to dredge up!

There is no amount of evidence that will convince you of anything other than what you want to believe. You mind was made up before the report was even released.  Believing there is racism is part of your ideological bias.  Do you still think ideology is a neutral concept?  How can a person believe that?  I'm confounded by your admission.

Are cell phones evil? Yes? No?

The question is too general to be meaningful. Same thing.

hope this helps.

Thanks for providing an opportunity to clarify the facts surrounding this matter.

Perhaps you should look into what the mayor or the chief of police is doing right now.

eerily silent over there

these emails may not impress getbiggers but the consequences are very serious from a legal perspective.

The emails are protected speech under the First Amendment. You may not like what they say, however they do have the right to say it.

It isn't an illegal activity. Freedom of expression is a  Sacred Right, in The United States Of America.

And it says nothing.  The emails could be considered a kind of ideology therefore to remain consistant brainiac mr. turbob has to concede the emails are conceptually neutral.

What does that mean? You don't believe that people, here in the USA, have a Constitution right to freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of the press?

This is sorta related:

When Ferguson blew up, a FB friend posted an article about black on black crime being overlooked and whatnot, mostly to drum up traffic for a news site he runs. So he and I end up going back and forth with some nutty black friend of his, who dismissed the points and statistics he'd posted, holding white racists exclusively responsible for all black problems: poverty, crime, drugs, unemployment, education, shitty parents, cop shootings (obviously) - everything, all on Whitey. The article he posted, she said, was just to distract everyone from the real problem.

So, she gets murdered today. Anyone care to guess?

straight from the report:

... a woman called FPD to report a domestic disturbance. By the time the police arrived, the woman’s boyfriend had left. The police looked through the house and saw indications that the boyfriend lived there. When the woman told police that only she and her brother were listed on the home’s occupancy permit, the officer placed the woman under arrest for the permit violation and she was jailed. In another instance, after a woman called police to report a domestic disturbance and was given a summons for an occupancy permit violation, she said, according to the officer’s report, that she “hated the Ferguson Police Department and will never call again, even if she is being killed.

I'm not upset. I'm shocked someone could be so naively stupid.  Saying ideology is a neutral concept is one of the dumbest comments ever posted on getbig.  It's tbombz level dumb.

What a shock, cry baby rears his head to whine about racism. You're as predictable as high black crime rates.

Calling someone who thinks ideology is a neutral concept naive and stupid is far from baseless.  No one in there right mind would argue ideology is neutral.  What a dunce.
