Look man, I think the shoot was a good shoot, but I also think the cop fired the farewell shot once the man was no longer a threat.  He's a head taller and gets a dead on TOP of head bullet?   No, that doesn't make sense here.

Mike brown DESERVED to be shot that night, sadly.  But the cop (IMHO), DID fire that extra finishing round, which cops can't do.

So Im not on either side, really.  I think the cop should walk, BUT I also think he fucked up that day too.  Brown deserved deadly force, but not a finishing shot on the top of the head by a man he towered over.   There's no way his head "tilts" down OVER 90 degrees to make that angle of finale shot by a manlet short cop - AND when you consider the upward sway of shots - up, up, up, up, up, up, THEN suddenly the shooter aims a full 18 inches lower, delivering that perfect finale to center of head from ABOVE angle -

That last shot doesn't make sense, archer, that's all I'm saying.  I hope the cop walks, as he lost his shit after an ass whooping and the kid did deserve those bullets.  BUT that last shot doesn't make sense with "head tilting over" - Not at all.

The thing is you speak as if you know whats happened but you don't even know the facts of the case.  Just like with Zimmerman thing your imagination starts running away from you. You think the cop fired a farewell shot?  You can't be serious.  This isn't some kind of action movie bullshit.  You've created some kind of Dirty Harry scenario in your mind. You did the same thing with Zimmerman.

The cop was shooting in a burst and Brown was in motion falling forward. The independent medical examine hired by the family suggested this was the cause.  Have you ever fired a gun?  You claim to have but you know dick about shooting and less about the police. You obviously weren't ever in the military. Maybe Coast Guard.

As I told you before, It's pretty obvious to anyone with a brain, you excluded, that the Feds clamped down on the dissemination of information.  Instead of simple logical explanations you create dumbass conspiracy theories and bizarre actions movie plots.

Kansas City police officer Marc Catron is under internal review after posting racially inflammatory Facebook posts about the uprising in Ferguson in response to the police murder of 18-year-old Michael Brown, including a picture “mistakenly” identifying Brown as a murder suspect.
As previously reported by NewsOne, Joda Cain, 17, is accused of murdering his great-grandmother, Jacqueline Bell, 71, at her home in Portland, Oregon then stealing her car to flee the area.
Cain and his cousin, Micus Ward, 19, allegedly killed Bell after a party they threw at her home. When Cain was planning the party, friends asked him would the noise bother his great-grandmother and he allegedly said, “Don’t worry, I’ll hit her. I’ll knock her out.”
Cartron posted Cain’s picture with the comment: “I’m sure young Michael Brown is innocent and just misunderstood. I’m sure he is a pillar of the Ferguson community.”
Cartron also compared Brown’s murder to the death of Nicole Brown Simpson and the subsequent trial of her O.J. Simpson:
