Your statement (and this video) support the belief Brown was surrendering when the cop shot him.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/11094010/Video-appears-to-support-claims-Michael-Brown-was-surrendering-when-he-was-shot.html

Not sure I buy into it, but I respect your opinion here.

The video doesn't prove Brown was surrendering at all. That's part of the "evidence" that the grand jury rejected, after interviewing those "witnesses" who were found to be liars.

I disagree. It has everything to do with race.  None of this would be an issue if Wilson were black.   The whole argument is Brown was killed because of white racism.   The rioters believe it.  Why wouldn't they?  For their entire lives they've been indoctrinated to believe it.

For SOME people, it's about race.

Some people are made about that militant-ass police force.  Others are upset about the selective leaks of favorable LIES that made the cop's case look better .  Broken orbital huh?   lol hardly a bruise.  Broken face?  um no.

Now, for the MEDIA WHORES on both the left, and right, yes it's about race.  Cause that's good for ratings.  Rush or Toure start their shows with economic equality and legal procedure, it's blah.  When you open with "Race wars!", it's ratings.

and there are other eye witness testimony that says he was charging the officer....

you made up your mind the moment this hit your email from MSNBC. You dont want to hear the evidence and make an objective judgement and thats fine but dont act like your fucking unbiased around here you little bitch.

Everyone knows your dumb ass here 240, maybe go try this on another board.

Also, he is so out of the loop he hasn't read that "witnesses" who claimed Brown had his hands up changed their testimony before and during the grand jury. This was even reiterated during the press conference when the verdict was announced.

It doesn't matter what some idiots, like you, who don't think race is involved believe. The facts are that race is at the very core of this situation from the shooting to the riots.

Okay.  To what % of people is it primarily about race?    You can't claim it without some poll or survey to show it.

240,

It's sounds like white people are in denial about the actions of their own people.  They want to believe it was justified and not an animalistic reaction based on racism, fear, and power.

BTW, did anyone besides me find the back-to-back fires to be a little curious?  Sounds like an organized opposition plan...

yup, he is repeating talking points nothing more.

He doesnt want to form an objective opinion. Like most of the people vehimently against the officer he has made his mind up and looking for evidence that supports his view point.

I think it was mostly anger on the cop's part.   Slightly frumpy and balding, punched twice and he's claiming to be near-death, with one more punch ending it all.  a tad dramatic there.

He claimed brown was a demon, almost an incredible hulk, and he felt like a little 5 year old.  the shoot was legal but dude doesn't belong in a squad car dealing with bad guys.

Let's all remember "gentle giant" Michael Brown. PIP.

You reap what you sow.
Michael Brown's parents should blame themselves rather then officer Wilson for the death of their son. Perhaps if they hadn't raised their son to be a bullying, thieving bastard than he would still be alive.

Embarrassing to see people cry, loot and riot over some doped up criminal who isn't worth a dollar.

240 is good at taking his opinion and stating it as fact in order to rile people up, I'm surprised so many people fall for it.

What does looting stores have to do with the verdict. I can understand if they attempted to burn down the police station or burn police cars.... or even donut shops.

These are just criminal elements taking advantage of the situation ... orders should have been given to shoot looters on sight. Period.

This is fucking ridiculous. I get that they feel an injustice has been done , but what do the poor shop owners have to do with it?

There is no rational justification for Ferguson.  When you allow idiocy like this to continue you only encourage further idiocy in the future.  The only injustice I see is the falling of people who should know better to stop this before it every got to it's current state.

I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the great contributions of the Black community to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature make them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self improvement by hard work and a self-reliant can-do nature. Without their industrious and creative drive, we would be poorer as a nation.

Right.  OK, Michael Brown deserved to get shot for his "brutal," "life threatening" assault on Officer Wilson.  Just look at the awful scars, bruises, and Wilson's blood covered uniform!

Oh, wait.  He didn't any scrapes, bruises, or blood.

What next?  Black people now have wings, and can breathe fire?

Remember, all of you loyal Tea Party & GOP faithful:  Black people are also Americans.  So, aren't they one of "us"?
