The Grand Jury heard testimony from all witnesses. However they seem to have given greater credence to the witnesses, all black people, who didn't go to the media prior to testifying, because their testimony agreed completely with officer Wilson's testimony. They were afraid for their lives, and those of their families, if they told the truth publicly, but in the anonymous Grand Jury testimony, they could tell the truth safely, without being attacked by the animals that infest their neighborhood. That, and the fact that some of the lying "witnesses," decided to recant their previous lies about what happened, when they realized that perjury, could get them a long jail sentence, proved to the Grand Jury that officer Wilson told the truth, and Michael Brown was the criminal that everyone in the hood knew that he was.

Despite a 3-month long investigation, interviews of 60 witnesses, and the examination of every piece of physical and forensic evidence, some people like mr.turbo still want to believe a narrative that supports their pre-conceived (and incorrect) views.

Some of the images presented as evidence to the St. Louis County grand jury, including Officer Darren Wilson's gun, broken glass from his official vehicle and Michael Brown's hat.

The "conflicting" part in the URL refers to multiple (black) "witnesses" that lied about what happened

Presenting a mountain of conflicting evidence just creates confusion. A deliberate choice made by the prosecutor.

How the fuck did he end up face down facing the cop and shot in the face. Your telling me he got shot 4 times from the back and then decided to stop and turn around only to get shot in the face and fall over dead?  Come on man, if you were getting shot at would you stop and turn around after you got hit 4 times?

The grand jury examined the autopsy reports and interviewed the witnesses. I'm sure they were aware of the information on the chart you found on google.

I'm just asking you to use your common sense, which is what the grand jury was asked to do after they heard all the testimony, witness reports and saw the evidence.

how do you apply common sense to 2000 pages of conflicting evidence?  It's not so simple, it requires a bit editing and analysis.

The only conflicting part of the evidence was the testimony from black "witnesses" that was blatantly false. All the forensic and physical evidence was quite clear.

From the grand jury testimony:

“Yes, I personally saw him on his knees with his hands in the air,” one witness said in a recorded interview with federal officials that was played for the grand jury before he testified. The prosecutor questioning that witness did not hide her skepticism, highlighting the contradictions in his various accounts.

“Basically just about everything that you said on Aug. 13, and much of what you said today, isn’t consistent with the physical evidence that we have in this case, O.K.?” she said to him.

Several witnesses were asked if they felt any pressure to conform to a certain story line, or if they felt fearful about their recollections differing from the popular narrative in the streets. Some did acknowledge such fears, while others were shown to have delivered wholly unreliable accounts.

Forensic evidence was also presented that supported Officer Wilson’s statement that Mr. Brown was moving toward him after the first volley of bullets.

The medical examiner described the succession of bullet wounds to the chest and face that, in his view, would not have immediately incapacitated Mr. Brown. The prosecutors repeatedly questioned the doctor about this, driving home that Mr. Brown could have still been mobile (and dangerous) after the initial gunshot wounds.

the claim that all the shots were from the proven to be from the front ... if the prosecutors are really claiming that .. is FALSE  :o

the official report indicates the grazed bicep shot has an indeterminate direction.

can't imagine they would make that claim.

Well, I guess the grand jury should have called you as a witness. Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri at the family’s request to conduct an autopsy, disagrees with you.

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

I just think it's funny the family needed the TV guy to do the autopsy. Like they'll only trust some semi-celeb from the dummy box.

You think it's funny that the family wanted a board-certified forensic pathologist that has been doing autopsies since 1960?
