You think it's funny that the family wanted a board-certified forensic pathologist that has been doing autopsies since 1960?

I think it's funny they didn't get the answers they wanted.

The Grand Jury heard testimony from all witnesses. However they seem to have given greater credence to the witnesses, all black people, who didn't go to the media prior to testifying, because their testimony agreed completely with officer Wilson's testimony. They were afraid for their lives, and those of their families, if they told the truth publicly, but in the anonymous Grand Jury testimony, they could tell the truth safely, without being attacked by the animals that infest their neighborhood. That, and the fact that some of the lying "witnesses," decided to recant their previous lies about what happened, when they realized that perjury, could get them a long jail sentence, proved to the Grand Jury that officer Wilson told the truth, and Michael Brown was the criminal that everyone in the hood knew that he was.

Because of their disgust of libs/Brown,

People are willing to overlook the cop exaggerating and hamming shit up, after he shot someone.

Now, if he shot their grandmother, or shot their dog, they'd look at "I got punched once and thought I would die" as total crap.  They would ask why he was close to blackout and didn't call for assistance.  They'd press him a little harder on the textbook response on the shoot, which looks anything but based upon his injuries and so far away he killed the dude.  150 is a LONG way to run - no radioing it in... and then to open fire.

And the cop's claims about being helpless and weak - he's been a cop 8 years and he's 6 foot 4 (same height as Brown), and he isn't skinny.  And that's 8 years of cop training and hardening.  Look it up - in his OWN WORDS, wilson is 6 foot 4.

He's a tall ass dude.  Sorry, but if he shot one of our grannies, we might look harder at his "i was just a 5 year old, and he was the Hulk" statement.   He's hamming it up to justify the shoot and get pity.  Which  many accept, as long as he's killing 18 year old idiots.

Officer Wilson was seated in his police vehicle when Brown assaulted him and grabbed his weapon. What difference does it make how tall the officer is?

The deceased assaulted the officer and grabbed his weapon, there is no need to "justify" anything. The shortcomings in the black community are self-inflicted and this is a perfect example.

If the media wants an explanation, they should ask Brown's gang banger mom and dad why they had to throw him out of the house because "he was out of control" (their words, not mine).

i agree, why is a grown 28yr old man with the strength of a 5 year old allowed to be a police officer in the state of Missouri

I dont give a shit about brown and I"m fine if you firebomb the protesters.

But cops exaggerating shit?  That just makes my blood boil.  This cop was not beaten half to death, he wasn't suffering from broken face and fractured orbital bone, his eye socket wasn't cracked.

He got punched, he fired his gun and winged the dude.  Dude ran.  He didn't call it in. He jumped out, ran 50 yards to a wounded unarmed man running away fast, and he put 5 more rounds in the guy, the last one a shot directly to top of head.

Just say "he punched me 1-2 times, it hurt, I chased him down and shot him".

DO NOT sell us a bunch of horse shit about being about to black out from injury.  You don't sprint 50 yards and ignore calling in calvary if you're wounded and on your last leg.  You're embarassed and pissed - THAT is when you run soemone down and waste them alone.
Why don`t you read the report.  There is no exaggeration.

You are doing the exaggerating.

Were you drunk, high or in jail the day they covered "analogies" in school?   Wilson is making a figurative comparison he is not saying he actually has the strength of a 5 year-old...nor is he saying that Brown had the strength of Hulk Hogan.  He is using an "analogy" to explain the fact that he perceived a great discrepancy between his physical strength and that of Brown.

This obsession with the "5 year-old" angle is doper logic at it's finest

that would make him an exception to the general rule given that pot is a sedative. I would be more inclined to accept he was aggressive due to puberty.

anyway..the official autopsy conflicts with the private report.  The official report identifies the forearm shot fairly definitively as coming from the front with arms down. The private autopsy says this shot may have come from the rear.

On the other hand the official report says they cannot determine the direction of the shot that grazed the bicep.

Therefore we still have a possibility of a shot from the rear which would explain why Mike would stop and turn around...in addition to being consistent with the public witnesses.

I assume the jury did not feel this scenario was as reasonable as the weed induced "demon" possession narrative...

Some serious derp in this thread.  The forensic evidence and the eye witness reports (from other African Americans) clearly shows what happened.  Read the report and the testimony.  Plus the video of him physically intimidating the store clerk shows how this "gentle giant" behaves.  He's a thief and a huge bully who has no problem assaulting people.  He was a POS who took his thug act too far and got smoked.  No big loss.

Well, I guess the grand jury should have called you as a witness. Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri at the family’s request to conduct an autopsy, disagrees with you.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/18/us/michael-brown-autopsy-shows-he-was-shot-at-least-6-times.html

that's not a quote from the pathologist, so we don't disagree.

I wasn't referring to that autopsy anyway...

Saying a gun shot came from an "indeterminate" angle neither supports nor discredits any witness testimony.  Because it was from an "indeterminate" angle it is... by definition...indicative of nothing.  If that's the best you can do to cast doubt on the notion that all the shots came from the front, you're essentially agreeing with the grand jury that no charges were warranted.

He's a 240 gimmick

nah, I stopped gimmicks years ago.   I really have no problem saying what I feel.

I have no love for brown nor the protesters.

But if the cop fudged one thing, 1%, he's a piece of shit that should be off the force.  That goes for ALL sworn police officers that take an oath to follow and enforce the law, then "ham it up" - And if ya hear that new Wilson TV interview, he's about as whiny, drama queen, hamming it up as you can get.  If the shoot happened at the car, and brown died, I'd believe it 100%.  But to go from believing you were about to die.... then not calling it in?   Odd.
