funny you say this Im watching the news and thats what they are talking about. Black people are on the news saying white people need to stay at the back and keep their mouths shut, black peoples voices need to be heard.

Many white people think that these cries of outrage over racism by African Americans are directed at them, which makes them frightened, defensive, and equally outraged. They feel like they are being blamed for a problem that’s been going on for many decades, even centuries. They feel they are being singled out because of the color of their skin rather than any actions they’ve taken. They are angry at the injustice. And rightfully so. Why should they be attacked and blamed for something they didn’t do?

Which is exactly how black people feel.

Civil War?

Blacks were most hated in the North, not the South.  They could not carve any kind of life in the North.  Ohio and Washington state outright banned blacks from entering their state.  Illinois criminalized any black who stayed in the state longer than a week and put them in jail.

The first slave owner in America was a black man by the way.

I am sure you don`t know any of this though.

well I don't really have strong feelings about it but I would agree. The north and the south differ less than most folk appreciate.

I think theres a pattern however where civil rights and related social movements tend to get co-opted as instruments of class warfare.

Blacks had the right to vote well before women did.  Hell, women have been able to vote for less than a 100 years even.

Explain to me why you think 2-4 percent of the population (population of young black males in the US) create the most havoc and commit the majority of crimes in the US?
