Romo still has dreams of playing pro golf. The amount of practice is takes to be anywhere near that kind of level of golf is unheard of. If he quit golf and focused on just Football, I'm guessing he would be a top 3-5 QB in the league...

Driving your team 32 yards to kick a field goal with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter to beat the Jaguars isn't exactly the stuff of QB lore.

Tony Romo will get Jason Garrett fired this year, probably the first NFL coach to get canned this season.

If Garrett gets fired this year it won't be because of A healthy Tony Romo.

It will likely be because of that god awful defense Dallas has.

Romo will likely have a good year IF he stays healthy.

The offensive line should be one of the better in the league with Tyrone Smith at left tackle and 2 first round draft picks the last 2 years at center and guard.

But their defensive will be one of the worst in the league which will cause them put up a garbage record.

A healthy Romo doesn't get Garrett fired but an injured Romo, a bottom 5 league worst defense and a meddlesome owner will.

I agree Romo could be top 5 in the league in a year, if he put down the clubs.  He's an amazing athlete, he's good at everything he does.  He got a max football deal by just half-assing it.

And Favre had a shitload of INTs also.  It happens when you shoot it out that many times.  DAL _efense is going to suck again, we'll see Romo with 9 or 10 4th quarter rallies this year.

My biggest concern with Romo is being able to play a full season after back surgery at 35 years old.

You're right though, with that defense constantly putting them behind in games he'll throw for a ton of yards but I doubt he plays over 12 games or so this year.

It's bullshit. I remember when all the pros I watched were older than me.

Now the majority are younger!  Angry

I said if he quit golf. The guy is a scratch player who practices golf more than he practices football. The guys head has never been 100% into football is all i'm saying...Although he's too old to turn it around now. He is who he is...If he was 25 to 28 and not put most of his time into playing golf, I think he would have been a much different QB...

Andy Dalton's contract is only for 2 years and 25 million..anything else not guaranteed, the team can cut him

same goes for Kap in San Francisco

I would have told Daulton to forget about an extension.

You need to show me what you are worth this year.

Bengals just handed a game manager 25 million dollars.

Mario Lemieux played golf almost every day.........didn't make him mediocre.

It's a list of who I think are better QBs than Romo.....it really isn't in any thoughtful order.

But BULLSHIT that Tony Romo is better than 1/2 that list. Not a chance.

If you don't think Andrew Luck is a better QB than Tony Romo (now and in the future) you're at a "Coach is Back" level of stupid.
