It irks me when mods do not respect the position that they are in. Everyone makes mistakes, including every single mod on this website.

Everyone is allowed to have an off day. Not an off everyday. The mod position was never invented for them to mingle, and fraternize with the members 24/7. That is what leads to favoritism and bias.

Onemorerep seems pretty serious at times, and he is a great mod.

Exactly how a mod should conduct business IMO. He timed me out twice, One time I didn't agree with, but thats how the cookie crumbles.

Do you notice how he is not all over the forums posting and getting into fights with people?

I personally wish he would post more, but I agree with him backing off.
