Think about it though.  At your age and height, you have no business being 200 plus lbs and expect to be in good health.  Its your choice, but you are fooling yourself if you think you are healthy at that weight and height at that age.

I hope you're not married and don't have any children?  there are always other people to think about. Although I think steroids can be used responsibly.

Personally i chose not to drink alcohol or smoke,
i have a fairly clean diet do a fair amount of aerobic work
Stay lean year round. Approx 10 / 12 % body fat.
HT 5'6. age 54 BW 230 /235lbs
And i use steroids..!!!!  

Am i taking risks, probably.
Then again I ride a motorbike for enjoyment
And do at least 30k mls a year in my car,
Both statistically far great risk of harm or death.

Should i quit them also for being dangerous.

Why do you think you are better than others
