Dirty gear, re-using needles, being a dumbass in general. All these things contribute to a nice firm tit growing out of his left side.
If its dirty gear can you really blame the kid though? I mean the arm thing wasn't an infection from what I understand, it was a bad injection into a nerve bed (again, being a dumbass contributes to this).
I'd say the stupidest thing he's done is stay home and not see a Dr as soon as he found out it was full blown abscess.

Wait, I remember watching an rxmuscle video where Eugene Mishin was talking about getting an infection in his lat that moved up to his throat. Maybe Bostin wants to re-live that hell and show the Russian he's just as tough  ;D
