Looking great.
Amazing what a few days of eating slack and drinking does when you are already lean.

Yep, after being on a deficit and letting your body run on restricted cals and carbs, it seems the over feed all goes into the muscle...(mostly) pumps are great, ton of energy....over did it this weekend though. Back to eating healthy from today but no carb restricting.

Oh he tried! Still tries, see we did track (athletics) so being in shape was par for the course. So whenever one of them would come over, goodness!

you'll get away with it for anywhere from a week to 10 days depending on how depleted you are. im not saying it takes 7-10 days to fill out, that only takes a day or two most, im saying that anything over 7-10 days of uncontrolled grazing will impact you negatively (put on fat). anything up to that can be negated easily w a few days of deficit.

figure it takes 2 or 3 to 1 days (2 or 3 days of deficit for 1 day of uncontrolled grazing) to get back to where you were. so if you fall off the wagon for 15 days, depending on your amounts of food intake at this time your looking at anywhere from 30 to 45 days to get back to where you were before you started to eat.

this is all based on my own experience but its pretty fucking accurate ive found.
