In addition to showing off your arms by holding your drink I have another trick you can use.

Say you are at work or anywhere with attractive females nearby. While wearing short sleeves and sitting in a chair, reach down to either tie your shoe, fix the cuff of your pants or socks, doesn't matter. Just take your time and move your wrists a lot to get the muscle to twitch and flex and also don't bend too much at the waist, let your arms do most of the reaching so your sleeves ride up more. Report back to us on this.  8)

i usually scratch my neck to get my sleeves up

sometimes when sitting at a table with a female i put both my hands behind my neck as in stretching my back

usually this is when it sinks in just how big my arms are and they start going nuts

and i would be surprised like "what?" with a confused look checking out my own arms, "they seem normal to me  ??? "

At work a few weeks back I was talking with the fellas about our experience getting blood drawn and I held out my arm in the blood draw position, my sleeve rode up a little and one guy was like hey do that again let's see your arms. No attractive females were even around.  :(

It was diagnosed as tendonitis of the supraspinatus, which has a direct lead to the teres minor at the insertion point of my lat. I had some fuck painful acupuncture in my teres minor and it gave me a little relief. These days, I work the teres minor with a lacrosse ball and get the same relief.

Care to elaborate on this?

Well, yes. But here is the elaboration...

So the supraspinatus is a tendon in the rotator cuff and it crosses on top of the delt and goes around. It attaches to muscles that all go down to a same attachment point, the teres minor. This is a favored neuromuscular massage "trigger point". It hurts like fuck when worked on.

The way that I find it is to hold my arm above my head. Placing my side against a hard wall I place a lacrosse ball against the wall and push in at the teres minor point, which is roughly where the scapula and the lat insertion point is. Roll the ball around until you find a hard, painful spot. It can be breathtakingly painful. Once you find it, you need to pull your arm higher over your head and flex your lat, this will lock the teres minor in place (and make it more painful), and then you need to push into the ball. Try to start with 10 seconds and move up to 30 seconds. The hard part is getting your head around the pain and deliberately finding the pain. I have a place in my basement where I can push with my off hand to really grind in.

Doing that, plus some simple tendon stretches, mild ibuprofen cutting out obviously damaging exercises for a while and some lighter weights, I seem to have gotten it under control.

why not reduce one of those chicken and broccoli meals and replace it with blended oats and whey protein mixed with water?

Same nutrients and easier to eat. It will also add more different meals to your diet.
