You boys need to grow up, This guy at least speaks the truth and tells it like it is.I cant beleive how you clowns judge this guy while everyone else is doing the same thing but not admitting it. GV column in MD is by far better then any other column in any bodybuilding magzine on the market today. The guy is funny and he tells it like it is, Im a supporter not a hater.

taking steroids = "selling your soul to the devil"  :o  ::)

I'm confused, was this special about Greg Valentino or an anti-steroid campaigne???? ???

I loved that british kid telling his mom that he IS going to use steroids.  She says she won't let him, hmmmmmm, it seems that steroid use is a more dangerous threat than cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and MORBID obesity ::)  ;D
just not good enough

I always thought Valentino was a clown, until I saw this.  Glad to hear him admit that he was an idiot and out of control with what he did.

He didnt say taking steroids was selling your soul to the devil, werent you watching or to busy hating? GV said selling steroids and living that lifestyle was selling his soul to the devil. He is a straight shooter, read his column in md magazine, he tells it like no other bodybuilder or bodybuilding writer.

He's more disturbing than expected, if that's possible. Michalik's another psycho with a very fucked-up history, so having them both on was perfect.

Following that, there was a one-hour show, Supersize She, on women  preparing to compete in the Olympia.

GV's in a class by himself but these women are frightening.

Michalik really came across as a Jackass hypocrite.  Also the show said that Steve Michalik was one of the only BB to ever beat Arnold.  When exactly did that happen?

Not only that, but along the lines of the hypocrite comment, how the hell is he gonna stand there and be like "Yeah, I was clean for 15 years....won every contest there is, but when approached I was strongly against it, but I went against my better judgement and listened to someone else....but they were all doctors."

Shut the f*ck up buddy...C'MON...100 REPS!!! YOU CAN DO THESE OR YOU CAN USE STEROIDS....IT'S YOUR CHOICE!!!

Ummm...pass the needle!  ;D

Man, Gregg sounds like Joe Pesci. How fitting that he would be featured on TLC's Freak Night.

That Steve M. was a total tool. Kinda like an older version of Croatch.

Anyone who's familiar with his history wouldn't have any to begin with. He's about as unbalanced as Valentino, probably lucky to be alive.

He was shouting about the need to do 60 sets per bodypart in the same sentence as 'you don't need steroids!'

Also one of the 'natural' trainers in his video section had some awful gyno.

Did Steve talk about the coin slot on the Coke machine that he banged back in the 70's? Sadly, the machine never recovered. It committed suicide in 1979. Hence, the Smashing Pumpkins song...speaking of which...what do West Virginians do on Halloween? They Pump Kin.

Valentino didnt put down steroid use, he said drug dealing ruined his life.During the gym scene he said to one guy "thats when I was happly juiced up". I like the fact that he is straight up even admitting he was a drug deal.My props to him for that.On the otherhand Steve Milahek was way off base, he is a lying fool.

What you've completely missed is that GV says this while continuing the same unstable behavior.

Same knucklehead, different day.

the first time i read the rambling freak i was amused and even laughed out loud several times.  however, each one after taht was basically the same exact thing with just more talk of farting and shitting.  its only funny for shock value,  you have to realize who is writing it. look at this dude, what a fuckin moron. i mean, talk about a FREAKshow.  at least he gives shout outs to the military but other than that he is just another joker making BB look bad as possible
Valhalla awaits.

Two things: 1) Greg is a funny guy.  If you take him seriously, and become offened then you're a douche. 2) Poor Steve.  He has a lot of problems.  However, he was right.  When you do use steroids, you do change the nuclei of the muscle cells (among others), and if you have the trait for cancer you will easily increase your chances of becoming ill.  You cannot ecapse the physiology of being a human.  However, let's say you can.  Let's say there's no way YOU could ever get cancer, and you came from Krypton so you have Superman's heart.  Know this: Steroids will change the decisions that you make.  You are an amalgamation of everything that you have experienced, and you will make choices because of those experiences.   If you change your testosterone, you will change the decisions that you will make, and you will generate different experiences.  You do become a different person.  This is a fact.  Out of all of the bodybuilding comeptitors that I have known, amateurl or pro, only one has ever said steroids are worth it. Everyone else owned up to the fact that they had dire consequences on their lives.   I don't give a shit if you do them, if your momma does them, etc., but do not pretend like nothing is going to happen, or has happened b/c of them.

Apparently he suffers from a mental disorder. At one point in his life, Greg looked pretty decent. Yet he becomes a freak because he likes the attention in clubs...even if the attention is "Look at that freak!" I also found it funny he looks like  a ridiculous freak of nature,  then has a scar on his bicep and is self conscience about how he looks...wtf?
