I marinated it in fat free italian dressing and sprinkled cayenne and greek seasoning on it before it went to the grill

Yeah...I'm doing a 50/30/20 diet currently with one cheat day per week.

A whole cheat day? That's about 15% of your time.
I'm way more conservative on this; max 2-3 cheat meals and I don't go overboard with way more calories and simple sugars.

Well, my cheat day is not really a cheat day.  Its basically fried gator nuggets and a large salad.  I still keep my caloric intake the same....I just trick the body into thinking its getting more calories than it really is

If you bake it, you should wrap it in aluminum foil to keep in the juices.  I grill mine but after it finishes cooking, I let it sit for about 10 minutes before cutting into it just like my steaks.
