This is stage 4. No turning back at this point.

No way, that's stage 3....the midsection is noticeably thicker and the peripheral limbs are beginning to atrophy, but the muscle bellies haven't begun shortening.

This is the reference point for stage 4 Palumboism, characterized by muscle shortening throughout all muscle groups:

definitely.   has phil ever been in a fight?  I mean sure, basketball practice scrapping, yeah... but with arms like that, playing sports, I bet Phil didn't have to fend off too many bullies in school.

Kai was homeless in NYC... methinks it made his skin a little thicker.

kai ourweighed phil by 15 pounds, at least.... and REMEMBER... Big/strong isn't scared of Big/strong.  Big/Strong is scared of CRAZY.

Kai is big/strong, and he is crazy as fck.  Phil KNOWS that kai could have bodyslammed him, and at worst, he's look at ejection... although if they let phil cross the line that much, they might just keep Kai in the show lol.

Kai would lose 100k in prize money, but wow, the endorsements?  The craziest man in BBing... Urf'ing the reigning Mr O in Vegas with NBC and the world watching... major possibilities there. Rematch City!

Phil knows this.  It all went thru his head when Kai squared up.  The super nervous smile, staring to the judges, pointing to tattle... he was scared, as any of us would have been.  That blood rose, his testes recoiled, and his face changed.  Major cortisol spike.    And Kai?  LOL he thrived on it... he was leaner, meaner and sporting half a boner after the near-fight.  After 5 years of hearing Phil trashing him to FANS about the grapefruit, no doubt kai would LOVE to break phil's nose.

great acurrate posts here
Phil pussied out- he tried to point to Kai to blame kai for it but it was phil who instigated the whole thing
believe me, Kai was going to punch him but kai had the nerve to hold back

Kai would KO phil
Kai can actually fight @ that size
phil would be so slow lifting that big arm- he's literally musclebound
Kai has martial arts training and street fighting background

phil is a college b. ball player from a middle class background

Phil pussied out

If Kai was willing to push it to the edge - at the O, with 100k on the line - imagine what happens if Phil makes a grapefruit joke when they're both at an expo in Orlando or Idaho.

Phil winning his 9th Mr Olympia.

Going for the grainy look.

I will buy this if it lives in an aquarium.
