A few people asked me my diet and training regimen earlier, so I will post that in here when I get time. Far as secrets, I don't really believe there are many in bodybuilding. I think consistency and sticking to the proper diet is the most valuable tip. I'm kind of OCD with my diet, I rarely eat junk even when bulking. I also believe in switching up workouts often to keep the body guessing.

Eating broccoli and chicken is a tough nut job for me. I can do it for one week and then tap out. So hats off to you guys who can eat solid clean diets all year round. I need pizza and cake frequently...very frequently. lol

Everyone's metab is different, but generally if your BF is low like yours and if you use gear you should be able to get away with a full cheat day. I used to do that as an incentive, but I started to crave junk less. Except for when I'm prepping for a show like now and things are really strict, then I binge afterward.

I'm 3 days out from Arnold Classic in Spain, I'm hoping to place well so I can apply for my pro card. Then I'd have to earn points at shows to qualify for Olympia. I'm kind of torn between ifbb and wbff..I'm willing to compete in whichever I turn pro first
