I do 20 min sessions on the elliptical or bike. 1 minute all out sprint and 1 minute walk or slow jog. 2 minute warm up and cool down.

So unfortunately I did not place, kind of a surprise since I received 1st at my last physique show earlier this year. I've decided I'm done competing in the IFBB and will be pursuing my pro card in the WBFF muscle model category. Here's a few pics..the selfie was this morning before the show.
