he wants attention because he has nothing else going for him.
Stupidest thing I ever heard.
Yeah, posting on an internet forum is a much better way to spend your time and energy.  Excellent point.

Good physique from that angle.

Actually I cut the number of sets to failure recently and I'm getting stronger every week while getting leaner.

I think it's really easy to overtrain when you are natural.

What from the front?  lol
I have a small bone structure so I look thick.

I just ordered a digital camera, I'll take more pics soon.

i took that pic 3 weeks after that pic of me in the t-shirt was taken.  I upped my carbs up again.  I had them extremely low which was unecessary but I was experimenting.  It was a bad idea.

I'm dieting again now, but just gonna lose a few pounds and gonna keep my calories pretty high.

true.  But one can't do 1000 sets of calf raises with 100 pounds.  At some point, lactic acid would do it's thing

not if you have GAKIC!!!

He did the weight in 12 hours.  He came into the gym today.  Walking like half the bones in his body were broken.  Just walked in, said hi, bought a drink and left.  Not much glory for an athlete of such caliber.

Did he hit the whole body?
If I was going to do it, I'd have to make it a rule that I had to hit every machine in the gym at least once.

Yes, he hit all bodyparts. I remember he was telling me about his "plan" to do much more lower body stuff (as opposed to last year) and not as much arm/shoulder work. Makes sense.

To look at the guy, you might think he was a swimmer or something... no real muscle to speak of, but decent overall conditioning.

If I had to do that by any means necessary, I think I'd go with leg presses. 400, 25 rep sets with 100 lbs
