Where is that gym located, Coach?

It's Gunnar Peterson's home gym. It's in Beverly Hills.

Serious question Coach - why do you think he doesn't he have a bigger gym and more trainers working for him?

Traffic in LA make it impractical?

There is no Peak Performance NY is LA which I have always found strange.

I've been following him for along time. Finally several years ago I met him at a Perform Better convention. We sat next to each other a couple of the seminars and just talked training. Don't think of him as some gimmicky celeb trainer. This guy studies his ass off when it come to training and is well read and well educated. But to answer your question, I think he has built such a great reputation that he doesn't want his name attached if he brings in anyone that would give him a bad name by not delivering the results HE would give himself. I don't think he makes millions off of training, DVDs or online training but I'm sure he has a staff of some sort. IMO, the guys legit.

Peak performance is Joe Dowdell's facility, right?

Thanks.  I suspect he makes a very decent living with minimal hassle because he won't have many staff to give him grief.  That's not a bad way to be.

Peak is fronted by Joe Dowdell yes.  It's comfortably one of the best equipped PT facilities in the world.

Question for you Coach.. How is it that Gunnar is so successful and why is he the "go to" guy for anyone in Hollywood/show business wanting to get in shape? I want to know what separates Gunnar from the rest? He's not in great shape himself. You're most likely in better shape than he is, most likely have more knowledge than he does.. Does he have better connections? What's the go.. If I had a choice between you or Gunnar to whip me into shape, I'd pick you everyday of the week (no homo).
