I get tired of eating so much meat

No homo. Just tired of eating so much meat to get my 200 grams of protein in. Usually do about 1 or 2 shakes. Can't I just bump up the shakes without losing out too much?

I remember a getbigger (OTH or disgusted) said when he was roofing he would drink about 6 shakes day and was able to build muscle.

Its all the same bullshit. Even if you cut out a meal or two and add in a few shakes it won't make a difference. Youre not competing, so whatever.

And there are many non-meat products that have protein. Have you learned nothing from Johnny Falcon?  :-[ :-[

As for the shakes, I just dont mix protein powder with water. I add stuff in it. Usually protein powder, milk, banana, strawberries and kale or spinach. You dont even taste the kale or spinach and you get a serving of greens.

@sf1900 I usually just mix mine with almond milk in a shaker bottle. If I blend it I will throw in some peanut butter, sometimes a banana but I usually buy chocolate so I prefer the peanut butter.

Well, like I said, you can throw in other ingredients so it resembles more of a "meal."

Drinking just the protein powder with milk is not too filling.

Phil Heath could easily maintain his physique on 250-300 grams of protein.

Consider adding orange clay from a 2' depth to this recipe for new gains.

If the body can hypothetically say only consume 20

I've heard a lot-- I do not know the exact number that is true)

Then why do these whey isolate
Companies have 60 gram servings etc?

I really do believe a calorie is just a calorie

And we as a whole over eat far too much. I once did too when I was on hgh and didn't realize how puffy I looked

My point is... I believe you can eat 1 meal a day and get all you need

For someone your size (we're both roughly the same size plus minis whatever ) how many grams of protein a day do you think we need? Being that I'm on hrt dose test w a bit of tren ace as well (all minimal).

dude to be honest the past year or more I stopped counting protein. I know for fact most days I wasn't 150 maybe barely 100. coincidently I was using less than half the mgs anabolics wise than the year before and it was the best my physique has looked. I focus more on cals than i do on macros.

I'll take heat for this but even an anabolics user doesn't need to amounts of protein they take in. I'd be more than happy taking in 150g a day and wouldn't feel like I'm shortchanging fuck all.

in fact I feel better on lower protein. I pay very close attention to how I feel and on low protein I just feel better.

the only caveat to this would be peptide users.
