You are wrong the body does know the difference protein like whey isolate is not ideal to drink as protein replacement because it digest too fast you are better off eating a steak.
I don't get the logic though trainer.

I really do believe a calorie is just a calorie
And we as a whole over eat far too much. I once did too when I was on hgh and didn't realize how puffy I looked
My point is... I believe you can eat 1 meal a day and get all you need

As long as the calories are equal

So why would the body recognize this protein difference.
