one I heard again today, the "GOMAD" diet. gallon of milk a day. 3500+ kcals just from drinking s 3.50$ gal of milk, with a TON of fat and lactose. guaranteed to turn a bber into a powerlifter. lol

I attempted the GOMAD diet years back when I just wanted to get as big as possible naturally. I ended up having to quit 2 days in due to spending most of my day on the toilet seat.
Probably a good thing too. Stopped me from getting fat as fuck and looking like a client of Rippetoe.
