usually i get between 16-18% in "offseason", but i was gaining good and i was getting stronger so i presumed it was muscle, and going by the 3 point pinch i was doing good. then someone at the gym said the 7 point was more accuarte so i wnet for it, and bam i'm fat

oh well i know i will be all right but none of my friends work out so i thought if i posted here it would help me keep on track.
so hopefully you guys will help keep my honest!
