how often do you question the pointlessness of bodybuilding diet and drugs?

Every one in awhile I'll question the whole thing. Asking myself what the point in all this,  I could be doing something better with my time and energy.

Then some random whore feels up my arms and surrenders herself to my rippedness.

Next day I'm back on top of my iron game.

she would look at them arms in utter amazement saying things like "look at his arm, one blow would put any man in the hospital wow amazing"

I get what your saying.

the 'whys' I used to do it were simple. vanity. women. attention. sense of accomplishment.

once you get to a certain age there has to be something more 'solid' than the above reasons to do it. once you've been doing it for 20 years and been there done that what keeps you going?

simple. you do it cause you love it. all aspects. the dieting. the training. the eating what ever you want and not caring and knowing the next day youll just burn it off anywąy.

once you get there, there is no more why am I doing this. you either stop doing it or you love doing it. not absense of faith my friend. you just do it for the right reasons now.
