ok its one thing if this was 1981 and platz just came off the Olympia, even then I wouldn't pay that but now when hes a average dude ::)and like the guys above asked,to teach a person how to squat,am I mistaken here or did tom go up and down the rest of us r doing ???don't get me wrong im sure tom can talk about his mental imagery and things of that nature and im sure some of it can be of some value  but 500$,no way

If you think doing squats is this simple then I wanna see your squats, I bet it would be a good laugh.

Everyone is like "oh, what's hard about it, bend your knees and unbend your knees" and then I see all those getbiggers in the gym doing half squats (because going below parallel hurts their knees, lololol) with epic buttwink. Or those smith machine squats, hahaha, I won't even get started on that :D
