As usual there are a lot of people on here who can't accept the fact they are unable for what ever reason to harness enough discipline to diet down to a low enough degree of body fat and actually look like a body builder. Yep it has to be drugs when you can actually see a muscle.

Thanks man, I hesitated to post. Like I said this pic was I think around two weeks out from the Nationals. She competes as a light weight but was too tall for that class and due to the fact she was natural she didn't have the size to be able to compete with the size of the other girls so she relied on her shape and conditioning. She got 2nd in 92 and then the next year came in shredded and they gave her 6th. That was when she called it quits. She quit competing at age 21. Won everything she entered till those last two shows.

This is why I do believe Doug is natty. I have seen that type of conditioning before with out one drug being used and I mean nothing. Doug is not a very big guy. He's got freaky arms which are genetic and shoulders. The rest of him is not all that big. As ripped as he is from the back his frontal thighs are not that cut as one would expect the to be.

Someone decides to diet his ass off and the first question is dude what type of "cutting agents" did you use, DNP thyroid, growth, clen etc. Funny if that's all there was to it then why doesn't everyone look like that and before anyone says genetics if that's the case lets see someone get down to at least 5% legit and post some pics. I'll bet you are pretty damen ripped and look similar.

I think his physique is attainable with out drugs. Again because he is so shredded he is giving the illusion he is much bigger. If this guy would show pics if himself with just 3 percent more body fat on him he would not even look like he could win a local show. The guys on here who scream drugs have never been close to 6% simply because they don't have the discipline. Well my advice is either stop your fucking crying about it and diet hard for 20 weeks or take up another hobby like chess.
