When you want a machine walk over with a pissed off look on your face and say bro how much sets do you have left on the machine and stand there staring at him like you want to rip his head off, he will get uncomfortable and leave the machine quickly, repeat this tru your workout and you will be fine.
im 5'6 and the gym is full of thugs, i dont this is a good idea
1. Work out before work. Yes wake up at 4:30Am and drive to the gym. Go to be at 8PM. It's not bad system.
2. Make sure two of your workout days falls on the weekends so you can pick your times.
3. Train at 8PM. Immediately after work will guarantee a packed gym.
4. Put a some equipment in your garage of basement. Getting something like Ironmaster or Powerblock dumbells with a bench with some attachments can give you some home training days. Shoulders and delts can be worked out on a postage stamp size area of your house with quick change dumbbells.
Ive though about going before work but its really tuff to wake up that early.
Also will have to rethink my peri workout nutrition...
Its possible tho since gym is near my work.
