How do you manage to train when the gym is packed ?
« on: October 11, 2014, 10:12:17 AM »
I noticed my gym is more and more packed with people.
I go after work at peak hour and its getting pretty unbearable.

How the hell do i train properly among a huge crowd like this ?

how you punctualise your sentences determines the speed of your workout.

let me expalin.

when you approach a piece of equipment you want that someone is using you dont say 'you done here?' you say 'you done here.'

thank me later.

Most getbiggers don't have these problems.

If you do it's a sign that you may be a bitch.

I hope this helps.

I don't workout during busy times often. When I do, I do what normal people do and work in with others.

x2. Exactly. Its not rocket science. Just ask someone, "Can I work in with you." I hardly ever get a "no."

When you want a machine walk over with a pissed off look on your face and say bro how much sets do you have left on the machine and stand there staring at him like you want to rip his head off, he will get uncomfortable and leave the machine quickly, repeat this tru your workout and you will be fine.

1. Work out before work. Yes wake up at 4:30Am and drive to the gym. Go to bed at 8PM. It's not  bad system.

2. Make sure two of your workout days falls on the weekends so you can pick your times.

3. Train at 8PM. Immediately after work will guarantee a packed gym.

4. Put some equipment in your garage or basement. Getting something like Ironmaster or Powerblock dumbells with a bench and some attachments can give you some home training days. Shoulders and delts can be worked out on a postage stamp size area of your house with quick change dumbbells.

Not a good post. Mispelled words. Lousy punctuation. Not well thought out.

its just a matter of being flexible in your training and dont wait around 20 minutes waiting for a peice of equipment when u can be doing something else, thats how i get in and out when its crowded

Ive though about going before work but its really tuff to wake up that early.
Also will have to rethink my peri workout nutrition...
Its possible tho since gym is near my work.

Leave the commercial box gym and go to a real gym where people take their training seriously.

i do have dumbells and a small bench
but i want cables and machines

i just though i can ask to come earlier to work and leaver earlier
like 8.30 - 4.30
should be able to avoid most of the crowd

i noticed the worst is between 6 and 8pm
im at the gym from 5.15 to about 6.30-7pm
