Thickening of the waist with age.
I'm in the process of trying to reverse this unfortunate phenomenon. Waist today is 32" but I had to lose about 30 lbs. and some muscle to accomplish this. Back in the day, I had a 30" waist.
Wake you wake up each morning do some vacuum exercises you will see results in about 2 weeks.
