I'm in the process of trying to reverse this unfortunate phenomenon. Waist today is 32" but I had to lose about 30 lbs. and some muscle to accomplish this. Back in the day, I had a 30" waist.

Wake you wake up each morning do some vacuum exercises you will see results in about 2 weeks.

If it were actual organ growth the intestines and liver would have to be twice their original size to cause that kind of distention, and your nose and ears would be funhouse proportions from that much IGF1

Do you find it hard to get to fuck a 25yo now? (just curious. You obviously have a good/better body than most people of whatever age).
