when I take a pre workout it's cause I'm feeling lazy and need a boost too get my ass in gear
lately I find it that at the point when the I should just be getting ramped up for my session- abt 45 min after the pre workout (typically c4) I find the exact thing happens- I get lazier. lol
wtf how is this possible. it's like it saps any drive I had to train to begin with let alone not giving me the boost I need to hit it.
I find this curious and am wondering if this happens to anyone else. I should use a burner instead of a pre workout but am kinda sensitive to stims so I don't use them much it much other than caffeine (coffee) which I might abuse somewhat at times.
