I remember once I slacked off bodybuilding, I still trained but not much just every now and then and I was partying a lot with drugs and alcohol and eating shitty food, after doing this for a bit one day I looked in the mirror and saw this fat piece of shit staring back at me.
I freaked out cut off the party friends and bitches for a bit and went hardcore into the gym to get back my shape, now I just party 3 or 4 times monthly and I dont stay out later than 2am, I will never go down that road again.
