I tell you what I believe in;

believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Crazy question for a Bodybuilding site....however, I will bite. I never did believe the landings, take offs and reconnect with the orbiting mother craft. All amateur Buck Rogers style. Man that was the 1970s. And it was all done from drawing board to completion in no time. If today our nation had to land a man on the moon to save earth, or we would all perish, it could not happen in two years time. We can't even afford the international space station. Or, shuttle replacement on a timely manner.

After watching there is no doubt in my mind we never went to the moon, such things as no blast craters, the lightings all wrong in photos, the flag blowing, cross hairs on the camera lenses obscured by objects where the pictures are doctored. People who knew the truth died in mysterious circumstances etc. The theorists call it the most expensive movie ever made.

plus the keeping it a secret with so many people involved is a vast undertaking in and of itself. the film crews needed, the staging crews, the lighting crews, the building crews. -holy fuck 1000's would have been involved in it.
