I don't know any diabetics who inject in their ass. Can u get that physique without drugs- sure, is he own nobody knows but him, just like all the others that people guess about.
Agree 110% there are way more people looking fit now more then ever. An example being look at the equipment now compared to then, the old nautilus pullover, and leg presses (that you usually find in a YMCA) would crush many of the wannabe's that load up the newer safer hammer strengths machines. You actually had to be strong to use the old school machines. With new tech the internet, and supplementation combined with the "hey check out my selfie" attitude, people do anything to fit the criteria of "jacked" to be in the limelight.
-anyway whats up with the pants down to reveal the pelvis look? This big old drug abuser strikes the same pose as well.
