It is interesting how few people actually know what "gyno" looks like. This fellow has large red nipples, but no gyno. Gyno, for the uninformed is breast tissue found under and surrounding the nipples.

Looking great, man. Conditioning like this is something that people should admire and try shooting for as well. It's not easy. Getting big and puffy is easy and nothing impressive at all.

I think you're approaching this from the wrong paradigm...

I personally have no need to lose weight, I just think that it's important to be frank and honest when trying to "sell" a concept - if not, then it's per definition not said concept.

It depends on your starting position, if you have ben away from training for a while and got out of shape its likely that you will lose fat and gain muscle when you return so even in a calorific deficit providing you eat enough protein the OPs claims are not that far fetched at all.
