Human dosent need a lot of calories. Animals eat very little food, sometimes days weeks withut it. They got muscle they are fit. Same for humans. Pretty easy. If u got fat on your body u eat to much, pretty easy!

this is my take on training.

i train each body part about 3 times over 8 or 9 days. i use a rep scheme of 7-5-3 with 20 seconds rest between the drops, one set being the rep scheme of 7 reps, then 5 reps then 3 reps. i rest only long enough after that set to go to the next exercise.

i do 2 sets per body part like this, so for chest a set of flat bench, then a set of incline. after the 2 working sets i'll do two straight sets of 12 reps to get the blood in.

each body part takes about 20-25 minutes. i'll do a back/ traps, chest/ shoulders/ arms, lower body split. lower body only gets hit twice in the rotation. the idea is to stimulate growth 3 times over a 9 day period without over stimulating the muscle so it can't repair before the next workout. the idea isn't to kill the muscle with forced reps or failure so it can repair in time and then be hit again and so on. i like strict form/ heavy weight.

this works if your running compounds like tren which enable you to repair and give you the stamina in the gym necessary to perform such a workload. when i taper off what im running i taper off the workload volume too- the workout remains the same- the amount of times i hit each bodypart decrease. sets, weights and reps always stay the same, only frequency changes. you'll have to back off, your body wont be able to take it. the rest days i take are floating- when i feel i need one, not when i'm 'supposed to'. if i feel like training a body part after 48 hours rest i will. i listen to my body, it usually will let you know when it can go again.

a lot of being able to do this is based pretty much strictly on two things- the compounds your running, and the food your taking in. even the food i would say is the lesser part of the equation of the two. i wouldnt suggest this to a natty or even someone running just a moderate course of test. after 2 weeks you'll just shut down. 500mg of test, and 75 mg of tren ed will be enough to get this program to work and you'll see some good results.

thats a pretty solid templete for anyone who wants to increase their training frequency, without investing too much time in getting their body to adapt to the workloads. mind you it took me a while to get to that point as well,.

now i know you can train every body part every day, instead of the 3x over 8/9 days as i was doing. i think i was always close to doing it. but the 'science' kept me from trying it.

the other thing i discovered is that the drugs arent necessary as i used to believe. since then ive discovered adaptation. the body adapts. drugs play no part in adaptation.

but ya, i honestly think we dont train enough, and the more you train, the better off you'll be. i think soreness sets in when you dont train enough, as opposed to training too much. ie guys will be sore after a chest workout for 3-4 days. they figure that they are sore becase what they are doing is optimal. i think its the other way around. they are sore because what they are doing isnt optimal.

my .02 anyway.

thanks for posting this. makes me happy to see how close i was to nailing it 4 years ago, concerening training frequency, what we are capable of, and the fact cals in is less of a factor than most believe it to be for growth/ repair.

i now believe all that you need for growth/ repair is more freqeuncy. natty or assisted.

I think so many people read from other internet opinions that you can't train too much or you'll overtrain and stall out. Its one of those things that people parrot because they've read it from others doing the same thing. I haven't lifted in awhile, but when I do go back I'm gonna give your training idea a shot, cause I unfortunately bought into the overtraining bs. As a natural I should still not have any problems right?

this takes no more time than any other routine.

training your whole body can be compressed into an hour and a bit once you get used to the compression. how many times a week you do it is up to you.

you guys spend far more time on here than training. cut out your GB time and get in the gym :D

I am still going strong on it and I have noticed increased vascularity where I had less at the same bodyweights.  Still getting those crazy pumps.  I do still get the soreness though and its when I decide to move up in weight.  Every time I increase it which is about 5 lbs each week on each exercise, the soreness comes.  I welcome it actually!

I am training No One style, currently clean, and I am suffer dieting. I havent had a serious pump in weeks. I am getting failure before pumps lol.

cut your cals to below 1000. no im not kidding. just do it for a week. you'll notice a huge difference. pm me let me know what happens

awesome. glad to hear its to your liking. you'll get to a point where your everydy weight will be where you left off on your routine. just takes time. you might actually get stronger set to set. i have noticed this but chalked it up to being enhanced but would like your feedback when you get there.

i cant see it being all anabolics when i only give myself 3-5 seconds to recover. something greater has to be happening.
