cut your cals to below 1000. no im not kidding. just do it for a week. you'll notice a huge difference. pm me let me know what happens

I'll hit it starting Sunday, my last pre prepared meal is sat night. My face went from round to quasi death mask in 2 weeks at 1500 cals.

I am training No One style, currently clean, and I am suffer dieting. I havent had a serious pump in weeks. I am getting failure before pumps lol.


No. 2400 calories of whatever I want, the usual.

1000kcal has gotta be a kcal deficit of around 2000.

Yeah. I am averaging 1500, and soon to be 1000 even. Working great man.

And I'm not on gear currently. For at least another couple weeks.

The weight drop is great, and the mental clarity is amazing. Very focused, it feels good to be just a little bit hungry all day... a very airy and light feeling. Also, caffeine and stims seem to be much more efficient on this diet. I have a 200mg caffeine pill in the am before my fasted training/cardio session and that carries with plenty of pep until late in the evening.

ya it's def a mental battle but once your there it's cake.

I noticed in me physiologically I can feel my body going into it now around 20ish hours after my last big meal. my energy starts to climb a bit. good clarity mentally. then the hunger kicks in. that's the mental battle. your body doesn't need the food it's demanding something that it expects to be there. it hates change. so from the 20ish hr mark till you get fully in, usually that next night/am it's a grind. once your there it's a joke. autopilot.

btw for future reference when I'm getting close to being in when my feet start to get cold. they are impossible to keep warm once I'm running good and in the twilight zone. I'll be laying in bed like a furnace w no blankets on me wearing fucking wool socks to keep my feet warm and they'll still be cold.

The interesting thing I found is that I can create the demand if I want.  When I used to permabulk, I would eat large amounts every three-four hours.  Thousands of calories at a time.  Did this for years no missing a meal and no break in lifting or cutting calories.  My body was so used to it, that it wanted those calories despite no way in hell I needed even a third of what I was eating.  

Now, that I keep my calories at a sensible level and have been for years, slightly below maintenance (for the 6 months or so that I keep track of calories), there is none of that.

had the worst feeling today. was tired from working graves, was wired from the diet, went hypo from some sugar I ate, and my fat burner kicked in- all at the same time.

I ask myself why I do these things. :D

I never indicated anywhere that one should just put anything into their body and still expect to look good.v ??? ???

But maintaining a consistent training schedule and eating a well, balanced diet is enough. Its hard to believe that any special alterations or complications is going to produce a body that is drastically different than just training hard and following a well balanced diet.
