1000kcal has gotta be a kcal deficit of around 2000.
Yeah. I am averaging 1500, and soon to be 1000 even. Working great man.
And I'm not on gear currently. For at least another couple weeks.
The weight drop is great, and the mental clarity is amazing. Very focused, it feels good to be just a little bit hungry all day... a very airy and light feeling. Also, caffeine and stims seem to be much more efficient on this diet. I have a 200mg caffeine pill in the am before my fasted training/cardio session and that carries with plenty of pep until late in the evening.
