Just read on another board that the reason NBC dropped the broadcasts was because they didn't sell enough advertising time.

Golf is boring as hell too, but actually requires a skill.  Tv leaves beauty pageants to women.  Large black men in thongs simply isn't appeal to most...unless you're on this site...outed.
