No one's gut is "naturally" that huge and misshapen. The real question is doesn't he have a reality check? Doesn't he have a friend (gf, bf, brother, trainer, schmoe, etc.) who can be honest with him and let him know that he should not be on stage (or anywhere else) in a thong flexing and peacocking as if he were the next Arnold, Haney, or Nasser? I know we are all in denial about something... and he is entitled to his share of denial... but this is almost painful to watch and it should not be allowed.

I've seen dudes that naturally have distended guts tho. I used to always play pick up games of basketball and a lot of black dudes have guts sticking out but with abs.

An old friend of mine also had a huge gut but wasn't overly fat. His stomach protruded. I think it was from always drinking beer.

In most cases it's due to having a hollow back, which is somehow more common among black men

In Lennys case... well he has been a powerlifter decades ago and was doing it semi-professional...my guess is that he used to play with some serious insulin dosages at that time and thats how people grow guts...

My guess is also that he is addicted to some form of amphetamine...just look at his face while he talks
