Looks great there, but I don't know about the Ronnie thing. Next to each other the size difference seems just too overwhelming. Especially the chest and delts, you can tell Ronnie's not pulling off that shapely Flex "illusion" thing; his shit is ridiculously wide and densely-packed muscle, no illusion at all.

Try to post a pic from that first O Ronnie won, where Flex and him are standing side by side relaxed. The difference in their chest mass is staggering.

Flex was right about the training though. Strength comes, better to train a bit lighter and for a pump to be more of a bodybuilder once you get to a certain strength.
