long story short I banged a shooter girl/bartender I was seeing in the owners office of the club I worked at. my buddy was managing and gave me the key and said do your thing. I take her up there and he's got this huge wooden desk. I smash the shit out of her. it's a full on porno right on his desk.

I get a call from Cathy- another bar manager very cool Scottish lady. was prolly in her 40's. a fiery thing- I can still hear her voice saying 'rob will you come and get this asshole out of here'. it was a rough spot w no shortage of assholes so I heard that quite a bit.

anyway the next day she calls. I answer. right away she says w no hello you stupid asshole- the safes are behind the desk and he's got a camera pointing at them. he came in and checked the tapes and saw that you goddamn idiot now I have to fire you.

lol she was mad at me about having to fire me- how's that work?

the three of us got fired for that. but I went out w a bang.

When you have a family that is reliant upon you, getting fired or quitting without your next gig lined up is not an option.

I went 4 months in FL without a job, living off savings when a startup that I was working for went tits-up. It sucked from a "what am I going to do for my family" perspective. But to Halo's point, I was working out every day and sleeping well.

The money runs out at some point.
