Little known that those CrossFit "stars" might do CrossFit once a week maybe twice. The rest of the time it's pretty normal training.
I believe this but they are able to do that cause they have their bodies used to the demands of the training. their bodies adapted to handle the volume pace and workloads. once you body learns something it's very good at keeping w that level w moderate training to keep it there. in that I respect the upper level CFers cause they def put the time in creating those machines.
I pity the guy off the street who walks in and thinks he's going to get there on 2 sessions a week. all that he is ever going to accomplish is getting the shit kicked out of himself every time he goes.
you gotta build up the tolerances. if the frequency isn't there it'll nrver happen. it'll just run you into the ground.
